If I cancel, what happens to my data?
Unless you request a data export, we wipe all of your workspace data within 72-hours.
Can I request my data?
Your data belongs to you. Yes, just let us know when requesting cancellation.

Note, we will provide you with CSV files. Due to the nature of how we store data, you will get multiple CSV files with all your data organized by the database tables we use.
What about my hand written notes?
For any handwritten notes within our application, we can provide you PDFs.

At this time, there is a charge for this service since we have to manually process this. We hope to automate this in future to avoid this charge.

You can always create PDFs yourself from within Pulse360 application that we make available to you.
Why should I not cancel?
Sometimes tech won't be a good fit. But you won't know until you dedicate a bit of time to it.

We recommend you consider speaking with us before to see if you too can gain the time savings that other advisors are enjoying.

Are there any catch to the 90-day money back guarantee?
No catch. We just ask that you make a good faith effort to trying it out for your practice and work with us to get some training. 👈 That is not a requirement but helpful for us to understand where we need to improve. And who knows, you may see the time savings that other advisors get.
Anything else I need to know before I cancel?
Yes. If you have connected your email, we request that you login to pulse360 and "Revoke" the access.

Due to the nature of security, we can't revoke that access - only you can.

If you didn't, no issues. You can check your email provider security settings and remove Pulse360 approval.
